Günther Krähan is head of Enterprise Architecture Management at Raiffeisenbank International. He joined RBI in March 2016 and was responsible for the department IT delivery risk management till mid of 2019. After the adaptive change he took over the enterprise architecture management team and transformed it to agile way of working.
