Elisabeth Goos, ist Executive Partnerin und Leitung des Strategie und Nachhaltigkeitsbereiches bei IBM Consulting DACH. Elisabeth is an impact focused strategist, people and nature enthusiast. In her work, she is dedicated to make a difference to solve the biggest challenges of this decade - climate change and social inequality. For this, she works with businesses, governments and academia, fusing strategy, innovation and the most advanced technologies. Elisabeth has 22 years of international work experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle-East, consulting global Fortune 500 companies and government organisations on digital strategy, innovation, sustainability and change. In her current role she heads the Green2Grow sustainability practise as well as the public sector strategy practise for IBM DACH. As a G2G leader, she is responsible for helping clients accelerate their sustainability journey with technology. With multi-disciplinary sustainability squads she works with clients across the whole journey, ranging from sustainability strategy, business model re-invention to sustainable supply chain, circular economy, emissions management and artificial intelligence/cloud based environmental solutions. In her former roles she was Head of Innovation & Digital Strategy Capability for Capgemini Invent in Asia- Pacific, Head of the Public sector strategy for Capgemini Invent DACH and led large transformation programs in Europe and Africa as strategist with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Elisabeth forged multiple high performing, diverse teams in various geographies and cultural contexts and is able to rapidly build multi-disciplinary teams to drive results, scaling capabilities fast from Zero to 150+. Mum of two boys, passionate long distance runner and swimmer. She holds a Master’s Degree in History & Political Sciences and studied at the universities of Osnabrueck, Germany and Harvard, USA.
