Terms of payment

After your registration you will receive a confirmation by e-mail within the next 3 working days. You will receive the invoice incl. VAT by e-mail.

Please transfer your participation fee to our account at least 14 days before the event. If you can only pay at short notice, please bring the payment confirmation to the event.

Discounts cannot be combined. We ask you to deduct the early bird bonus independently from the invoice. For bookings as part of the 1-2-3 education offensive, the early booking bonus can only be applied to the first participant.

The participation fee usually covers full catering and (digital) documentation of the presentations. Details can be found on the registration page of the respective event program.

Cancellation and substitution policy

• If for some reason you are not able to participate in the booked event, you can upon notification nominate another person to attend in your place. If you cannot find a substitute attendee, we will charge a processing fee of 150 euros until 2 weeks before the event, after that we will charge the full amount. Please notify us in writing only by e-mail.
• In case of cancellation on the part of Business Circle, e.g. due to an insufficient number of participants, you will receive a refund immediately.

Supplementary information on COVID-19:

Should a legal order prevent an event from taking place (lockdown), the conference/seminar fee will automatically be rebooked to a later date. Should an internal order prevent a participant or company from attending after the 14-day cancellation period (see above), the entire amount is due.

The “1-2-3 education offensive” and the “2:1 education offensive”

The general payment conditions listed under "terms of payment" apply.

1-2-3 education offensive

For events marked “1-2-3 Bildungsoffensive”, the following price scale applies: If 3 employees of your company book the same conference, the first participant pays full price, the second participant pays half price and the third participant only pays 25 %.

2:1 education offensive

For events marked “2:1 Bildungsoffensive”, the following price scale applies for up to 2 participants: The first participant pays full price and the second participant pays half price.

Cancellation of partnership contracts

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, in the event of cancellation up to six months before the event a cancellation fee of 20 % is due to be paid by the cooperation partner. From six to three months before the event 50 % are due, and three months or less before the event, 100 % are due.

Photos and video recordings

During our events, photographs and/or videos may be recorded by Business Circle or on its behalf. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that photographs and video material in which you are depicted may be used for press coverage and be published in a variety of media including social media, publications and Business Circle websites. You may revoke this consent at any time.

Liability

The relevant paragraphs from both commercial code (HGB) and civil code (ABGB) in their respective valid versions apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Vienna.
