Dr. Ralf Düssel is SVP and the Head of Sustainability at the Essen-based specialty chemicals company Evonik Industries AG. In this role he drives Evonik’s business transformation towards a recognized sustainability leader in thechemical industry, making sustainable portfolio steering an integral part of Evonik’s Strategic Management Process. Since 2022 he is also the Chairman of the Board of PlasticsEurope Deutschland e.V.
